IS EATING MEAT AND MEAT PRODUCTS HEALTHY?

Meat and meat products have been relied upon as a vital source for protein in many households. With many nutrients such a zinc among others meat is part and parcel of the dietary plans in many households globally. 
The conversation however, about the consumption of mean especially red meat such as beef over it's association with many dieases including cardiovascular illnesses and cancer has brought the conversation to the front. 
The proposition by vegetarians is critical to consider and even adhere to because, for the benefits sought in meat consumption the same benefits such as protein source are also found in non-meat diets such as soya and others.
For most that have struggled with doing away with meat, in important perhaps to consider a gradual approach in migrating from meat to plant based diets.
