Polly Karera discovered her passion for music at a tender age and started getting involved with the craft writing music in Swahili language and presenting it first to her close friends before finding the opportunity to record professionally at a music studio.
In 2021, the prolific and versatile Kenya singer released numerous songs mostly delving on the issues around love and relationship with her serenading voice on music such as Muongo, Gusa, Ado ado among other hits.
Polly Karera believes in the power of harnessing her creativity through regular exercising in music and seeking to better understanding the matters that are at the core of human relations which she elaborately articulates through her music lyrics on different songs including her collaboration with Jaslu Mafrika on the song titled Amore which has enjoyed great positive reception.
