RUNWAY COACH AND COMMERCIAL MODEL NDUTA WACHEKE ASPIRES TO BRING POSITIVE CHANGE IN SOCIETY

Kenyan commercial and fashion model believe in the use of her modeling talent to impact community in a positive way. We had a chance to speak to her and get her opinion:

1. Hey how would you like to introduce or describe yourself?

1. My name is Scholar Loise Nduta from Kirinyaga County. Currently Miss Face of Devolution Kirinyaga County. Am also a runway coach.

2. How long have you been modeling professionally?

2. Been modelling since 2016

3. When did you discover your passion for modeling?

3. I was in primary school when we used to have clubs so I would model for my school mates.

4. What lessons have you learned from the industry so far?4. It's a dog eat industry. So know your worth in this industry cause so many will take advantage of you.

5. How has your experience in the industry been so far?

5. My experience been good. Got to chance to work with the best examples dgohnie empire and the late Jose Thome may his soul Rest in peace. Also giving back to work am a member of chapati forum Nyeri where we touch lives through giving

6. What do you reckon should be done to improve the fashion & modeling Industry?

6. Any organizer should understand modeling is a talent and once a model show up in your event pay that model as agreed. Also some  designers have a tendency of not paying up models once they showcase their brands. This habit should change.

7. Which brands do you aspire to work with in the near future?

7. I always admire Amo LA Moda cause it molded me into the modelling never get tired of working with dgohnie.  Am looking forward to work with Gigi collections I love their unique taste of collections. Also afro kollections.

9. Which designers and photographers and creatives have you worked with so far?

9. Late Jose Thome he was passionate bout his work. And upcoming photographer @silversteve photography. Jp photography too

10. What do you aspire to achieve in the industry or through modeling this year?

10. My end goal is to give hope to every girl child out there through my projects

11. What projects are you working on currently or in the near future?

11.  Provision of reusable sanitary towels to school going girls and women behind bars.

12. What are your other interests apart from modeling?

12. Reading books, adventure.

13. What's your advice to young girls aspiring to become models?

13. Embrace yourself in whichever color you are in you're beautiful the way you are.
