1.Hey Yvonne, how would you like to introduce yourself?

1. I am Esther Yvonne Njeri Kamau a lover of art...I love socializing, travelling and acting


2. You are really passionate about film & production when did you discover your passion for film & production?
2. I discovered my passion back in high school but didn’t practise   it though participated in music festivals a lot even in college till I pursued film and media production as a course at Kenyatta University

3. Whom do you look up to in the industry for inspiration locally or internationally?
3. Locally I look upto Catherine Kamau

4. Do you believe the Kenyan film industry has adequate proper structures and support from government?
4. It is growing that is visible in recent films support from the government is coming up too.

5. What has been your biggest challenge in the industry so far?
5. Lack of opportunities/employment in the industry most people practicing it are doing it based on talent.

6. Any upcoming or current project that you are working on so far?
6. None just on hunt for a job at nrg radio and also ginger ink tv.
7. Whom do you aspire to work with in future?
7. Quite a number of people; Catherine Kamau, Pascal Tokodi, Celestine Gachuhi that is on acting basis: for been a presenter Maisha Magic East, Ebru and of course Nrg radio while production wise would work with Protel studios.

8. Who do you think plays a more critical role in production between the script writer & the director?
8. The director in production scriptwriter is seen at the pre-production stage during drafting of the production while the director brings the production to reality.

9. What are your other hobbies and interests apart from film & media production?
9. I love singing, travelling, socializing.

11.Life is no bed of roses strive to make the best out of it, hard work, persistence and a lot of effort and interractiveness should be practiced nothing should pull you back achieve your dreams no matter what challenges will come but they will always be there to make you stronger nothing or no one should deter your success.
